This photo shows a Roipack machine control cabinet. This particular machine will monitor temperature deviations from the set point, minimum compressed air line pressure, minimum gas pressure for nitrogen flushing the product, exhaustion of product from the fill tank, and exhaustion of packaging material from the supply roll. Any abnormal condition will stop the machine, and alert the operator.

Packages liquid or dry foods, cosmetics, medical or industrial products.

Suitable for chevron seal medical ETO sterilization pouches.

Can run heavy foil structures such as retortable pouch stock.

Advanced web handling system allows use of lowest cost materials.

Utilizes existing fluid fillers, dry feeders, or semi-automatic hand placement, if desired.

Registers one or both package sides on foil, film, coated paper, or combinations.

Small Footprint (about 3 1/2 Ft x 4 Ft), easily moved on factory floor.

Economical to operate: requires only 120 VAC @ 15 A max., & 80 PSI air at 5 CFM max.
